Cabazes.pt works with DHL to deliver orders placed on the website. For orders of more than 25 units with delivery to a single location, in December, your order may be delivered by a Cabazes.pt team.

In case of absence, the carrier may contact you to reschedule a new delivery or will deliver your order to a ServicePoint, where you must collect your order within 10 days. You will receive information about the ServicePoint from the carrier by email or SMS. Please pay attention to communications from the carrier.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are included at the time of purchase. Costs are calculated based on the weight and the country to which they are destined. To find out the estimated shipping costs for your order, simulate the costs associated with your order in your shopping cart at the time of purchase.

Cabazes.pt will prepare the shipment so that delivery takes place by the date scheduled by you. However, we advise you to schedule your order within a safe interval, since in times of high workload there may be delays on the part of the carrier and/or suppliers. In the event of a delay on the part of Cabazes.pt (e.g. out of stock of items), they will contact you.

In the case of international shipments, the order will be dispatched within 5 working days after the order is confirmed on the website. You will receive the tracking number in your email so that you can monitor the shipping status.

The customer has the right to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. If your order shows clear signs of damage or leaks, or if you detect any deficiencies or missing items, we ask that you refuse the order and ask the shipping company to return it with this information. You must alert or file a complaint with the shipping company, as well as inform Pure Brands, Lda. within 7 days of delivery.

When you place your order, you will receive an email with the details you need to track your order. You will also receive a tracking number and a link to access the DHL website, where you can track your order.

You can always return your order to us up to 14 days after the date you received it, assuming that the products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging.

There is no minimum order quantity for corporate gift baskets.

No - The Customer has the opportunity to select baskets from the catalogue or request a personalised basket proposal, for which they choose their chosen products. To carry out the personalised basket proposal, access “Request a Quote” or contact us by email or telephone.

Yes - In the case of corporate gift baskets, the customer must confirm the order at least 2 weeks before the desired delivery date by email. If you have a personalized cardboard box, the order must be placed at least 4 weeks before the desired date.

For orders of 25 or more baskets, delivery is free to a single delivery location in mainland Portugal. For orders below this quantity / door-to-door deliveries / international deliveries - please request a quote.

It is possible to personalize the cardboard box and the Christmas postcard. If you are interested in obtaining a different type of personalization, please contact our team who will do their best to try to meet your requests.

Yes - From 300 baskets onwards, you can request a quote for a custom cardboard box with your logo. In the case of postcards, from 25 units onwards, you can request a quote for a custom postcard with your logo and, if you wish, a message of your choice.

When requesting a quote for corporate gift baskets, you should indicate that you would like to include a personalized cardboard box and/or postcard with your company logo. Our design team will provide you with some suggestions based on your logo, along with a quote for the custom-made gift basket.

Our team strives to ensure that the customer receives exactly what they ordered. Only in the event of an item being out of stock may it be replaced, but always with a similar or superior item in terms of quality and value.
