Exchanges and returns
If the product does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the order at your home, and we will immediately refund the amount spent.
The product must be in perfect condition and returned, without any signs of use, in its original packaging. In order to provide you with an increasingly better service, please indicate the reason for the return by email to geral@cabazes.pt. Please note, however, that we will only refund the cost of returning items that were delivered in error, damaged or defective items.
Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Pure Brands, Lda, upon analysis of the condition of the items to be returned. After receiving the items at our facilities, we proceed to carefully analyze them and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) has not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

Reimbursement
The refund will be made according to the payment method:
a) Multibanco and MBWay – By bank transfer;
b) Paypal – Through Paypal itself;
c) Credit Card – Through the Stripe platform; Here you must provide your IBAN by email;
d) Bank Transfer – By bank transfer; Here you must provide your IBAN by email.
